Srimanta Ghatak
Srimanta holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Science from Amity University, Noida and a Bachelor’s degree in Botany (Hons.) from Burdwan University, West Bengal. He holds certificates in Integrated Solid Waste Management for Smart Cities from IIT, Kharagpur, Introduction to ESG from Corporate Finance Institute and Advanced Excel Learning from Internshala.
With over 4 years of experience in the environment consultancy sector, Srimanta has worked on various national and international projects in domains such as solid waste management, monitoring & evaluation, feasibility studies, market studies, corporate social responsibility, endline & baseline surveys, responsible tourism, drinking water and sanitation, marine litter, training and capacity building of vulnerable communities and forest resource management as a team member. During his career, he has worked in various professional capacities such as Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Field Expert etc. He has worked with various organizations such as Saudi ARAMCO, GIZ, World Bank, Royal Enfield, ToFTigers, MUDA, MARAFIQ, WABAG, CHINTAN etc.
In Symbiosphere, Srimanta looks after the strategic planning and management of the projects.
